WELCOME TO
CROSSGATES HARRIERS RUNNING CLUB
We are a small friendly running club based in East Leeds, offering a variety of training opportunities aimed at many different aspects of running for all abilities.
Monday night training takes place at various locations in East Leeds with different sessions designed to focus on speed, strength, and endurance. These sessions are fully inclusive for all paces.
Wednesday night training is a social run of approximately 6 miles split into pacing groups with run leaders. Pace varies from 6 minute miles to 13 minute miles. We usually meet outside Putt & Play at The Springs shopping centre and set off between 7pm to 7:30pm.
On Wednesday 20th May 2026, we are starting our Beginners' Couch to 5k and Improvers' 5k to 10k Running Course. If you're just starting out, want to return to running or want that support to move on from 5k, please book a place. We'd love to support you and see you there! For more information please contact Claire on 07843 078591 for the Couch to 5k, Chris on 07403 294 068 for the 5k to 10k or email Crossgates.Harriers@gmail.com.
